Used to stimulate fermentation in wine and beer. Use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon in beer to jump start a slow/stuck fermentation. Use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon in wine must. Contains Diammonium phosphate, yeast hulls, magnesium sulphate, and Vitamin B Complex. - Additional Information
