-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 06-02-2011-- Absolutely outstanding product and customer service! First the unit itself is a very high quality and made in the USA. This is a commercial unit and is built to last you a lifetime, not a plastic import piece of junk. If your looking for a great kegerator, look no further. Yes it’s more money, but remember you get what you pay for. Why this unit for me? Well I have been a home brewer for years, first bottling and then kegging. The kegs are great but a pain to deal with in and out of a refrigerator. So I spent the good part of year looking at about every kegerator that was set up for Cornelius kegs. This unit is by far the best with top notch customer service. When you call Beer Meister you will find that both Randy and Ryan are very knowledgeable about their product and communicating with them could not be any easier. Nice guys. I ordered the commercial 3 tap Beer Meister December of 2010 and it arrived very quick and was packed well. You basically install the tower, plug it in and hook up your kegs. The outside black finish looks sharp and is easy to clean. The top is an attractive brushed stainless steel with a matching drip tray which covers the area of all 3 taps. The chrome rails look great and keeps all your beer glasses from going off the back and sides. It has a high quality adjustable temperature control that you would expect and keeps the beer as cold as you want. I have had no problems with the beer temperature fluctuating or any foaming problems. I ordered my unit with the upgraded Perlick 525SS faucets (Highly recommended) and set up to except ball lock style (Pepsi) Cornelius connectors. The only con was the tower, this is the only thing that is imported (India). The tower looked great but the holes for the taps did not line up square with the unit. This is where I found the customer service to be absolutely fantastic. You will not find any better any where else in my opinion. Randy and Ryan both worked with me until the problem was solved. They even called me sometime after it was resolved to make sure everything was still ok .... WOW Again, I am a home brewer so I thought I would mention that you can fit up to 4 cornelius kegs in this and still have room for 2 5lb CO2 bottles. This way you have 3 kegs hooked up and one back up nice and cold. I keep the extra gas bottle in the back along with the one I'm using so there is never any downtime. Sometimes I will keep 3 kegs in it as well as a case of bottled beer. Yes, it is roomy. Ed Tucson, Arizona
