A couple buddies who have been at this much longer than I suggested going with a different brand and a "professional" unit. W-a-a-a-y out of my price range. I "settled" for this unit and haven't regretted it for a minute. Beer Meister customer service was friendly, patient and helpful as I reseached the units. They didn't try to upsell me into a unit I didn't need. This unit worked right out of the crate and I was pouring beer the day after it arrived. I loaded it with a half barrel for the holday season and had cold draft beer for all the friends and relatives that dropped in. After exhausting that, I moved to something smaller for the spring. When I changed the keg, I had some questions about the CO2 system and BM Customer Service walked me through everything, answered my questions and I continune to be a happy, satisfied customer. The perfect unit for my home use and with the Great Customer Service I'm sure I'll be a Beer Meister fan for a long time!

I love cold draft beer and I know when I want a cold beer I don't have to travel very far to get one. I know this was a very good investment to me and everyone should have one at there convenience if they have a bar.

Even though it was slightly more expensive, it is worth every penny. Ordering was easy. The reason I gave it a 3 on appearance was because of my location it could not be brought to my house. I picked it up at the trucking terminal. Packaging was intact and not damaged but I was unable to uncrate it for a more thorough look. Once home I found it had a dent it the door. I emailed Customer Service and never received a reply. A little disappointed in that but all in all a great product.

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 05-03-2013-- Ordered my meister and it came on schedule. Putting it together was pretty straight forward. Took longer to put the wheels on than anything else. Set the temperature to 32 and it worked great. Beer is ice cold! The first glass of each pour is mostly foam which is pretty standard because the beer in the tower is not cold. Other than that, it is a great purchase. For me it was well worth the money. It's great to know you have a nice frosty beer waiting at home after a long hot day. Highly recommend.

Bought several couplers to allow for keg versitility. When I obtained a full sized Paulaner keg, found keg+coupler+beer line too tall to fit. Problem solved with purchase of a coupler elbow. Purchased a thermometer and find digital temp on display accurate.

All the parts seem to be high quality and intructions were very clear on setting up. My only concern is the digital tempature reading. I set it to my desired tempature but the outside reading which is suppose to be what the inside tempature is always about 3 degrees cooler that what is set. Cutomer service said this is normal and ignore digital tempature reading. If this is the case why have it? Anyways good product and pouring beer with ease.
