-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 11-15-2012-- This a great item, I've been pouring delicious homebrew for about a month and a half and after an initial glitch it's been smooth sailing. The set-up is really simple, however there are a couple of included instructions that are not applicable for homebrew set-up. Wanting to set it up perfectly the first time, I called to confirm and customer service was very helpful. The one issue I did experience was on my first set-up. I was sanitizing the lines and a bit of liquid hit the deck, so I grabbed a rag and wiped it down. It wasn't much liquid but (after doing some internet research), I assume a droplet got behind the display causing an alarm to screech and the temp control to freak, (and you can't shut it off without unplugging). Customer service was really helpful and friendly and once we tried a few things they sent me a new display which was pretty simple to install. Even though I feel it was a freak thing, just to make sure I added a little silicone to keep a better seal around the display. Another thing I learned is, it's best to keep the CO2 tank on the outside if you want the gauges to register accurately. Keeping it on the inside makes it looks like the gas is almost empty. All that said, after the initial snafu, I've been loving it and would totally recommend it, (my friends would too). Also, the customer service was always helpful, friendly and available. Cheers!
