3 Faucet Refrigerator Economy Conversion Kit for Homebrew 3 kegs

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 12-23-2012-- When I bought these kegs, I liked that they were to be cleaned prior to shipping. This is what was stated on their website. The conversion kit arrived, and I was ready to install and get some beer in them right away. Instead I had to spend 2 additional unplanned hours cleaning out the kegs. They were filthy. This was an extreme disappointment because they advertised the kegs would be clean. I sent an email to the company explaining my disappointment. I would have liked an apology at least. I got no response from them. Great Customer Service guys! On a side note, it took 12 days to receive my order from the day the order was place. After 6 days, I emailed them inquiring if the item shipped. They told me it was shipping out that day and I would receive a tracking number. 5 days later I still hadn't received a tracking number and I had to send a follow up email. I mean, come on. Don't tell your customer one thing and do another. It doesn't make sense. Due to the dirty kegs and poor customer service, I will not be buying from beermeisters again.
