Details
Sodium Metabisulfite is used to prevent growth of bacteria, wild yeasts, and oxidation in your wine. May also be used as a sanitizer for your wine making equipment. Use 2 oz. per 1 gallon of water. A use 1/4 teaspoon to 5 gallons of Must. Dissolve sulphite in warm water before adding. - Additional Information
