Wine Conditioner is a sweetener and stabilizer all in one. Made from liquid invert sugar (a non-fermentable sugar) and potassium sorbate (prevents renewed fermentation). Wine conditioner also reduces the effects of aging. Use 1 - 4 ounces per gallon.
