-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 05-12-2013-- Purchased a couple of months ago. So far great. Quick delivery. Easy to finish assembling. Looks great. Works great. Cold beer. The only issue that could be better explained either when purchasing or in the directions. We purchased the 2 headed tap system. There were no directions on how to attach or what to do with the double airline manifold. A quick phone call and the issue was resolved. Just use some self stick velcro. Do this before you plug the system in so it sticks well. I had almost made the mistake of drilling 2 holes. Glad I didn't.

My fridge holds steady at 32F, and pours perfectly every time. Coustomer service was quick to replace a regulator that was damaged in shipping. They even took my call on a Sunday evening! Shop no further.

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 11-17-2012-- I purchased my dual-tap kegerator a few months ago, and have been very pleased with the product and BeerMeister's service. The unit came mostly assembled, and appears to be solidly constructed. I have now had several kegs on tap, and everything has been working perfectly. While the cost of the unit was not cheap, the price is competitive, especially when one considers that the kegerator comes with two used (but cleaned up) corny kegs, a new 5 lbs. CO2 tank and a new regulator (I upgraded to the dual regulator for a bit more money). I have also appreciated the great service from BeerMeister. It is great to call the BeerMeister office and get a real, live person who is eager to help. If you have to leave a voicemail, messages are returned promptly. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and about kegging, and answer questions without making the customer feel dumb. Keep up the good work, guys! Product Appearance: Looks really nice Product Features: Love the digital temperature control; only suggestions would be to include the special wrench needed to remove keg valve assemblies and consider installing a fan system to keep the beer tower cool (cuts down on foamy first pour) Product Performance: Everything has been working great Customer Service: Excellent customer service; these guys actually care about customer satisfaction; I had no experience with kegging prior to my purchase, and it has been great to bounce questions about the process off the BeerMeister guys

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 06-20-2012-- I bought the dual tower value line dispenser for homebrew. Ryan helped me upgrade the taps and spec out a nitro setup. Everything has worked flawlessly. I am very happy with the value I got for my money. I definitely recommend this unit. It is perfect for home use. I wouldn't want drunk dudes falling on it though. Don't expect a rugged commercial unit. This one is much more quiet. I have two 5-gallon tanks inside along with my 5lb C02 tank. The nitro tank sits outside with a gas line running through a neat hole in the back of the unit. Kegging will change your life.

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 03-14-2012-- I read the reviews I could find on this product and while there was not much info out there, the reviews looked good. So I took the leap and bought this item and I am very pleased with it. It works as I expected and advertised and the customer service was excellent. I did not need the Co2 tank or the other extras (I already had them) so they worked with me to get the Dual Tower model that I needed. The order was placed in record time and shipped on the date I was told. We only had one issue and the dispenser arrived at my near by location and I was going to pick it up, but it accidentally got loaded to another truck headed across country. So the shipment was delayed by a few days and the dispenser got to take a little vacation. It went to Denver, then Utah, then headed to sunny California, for a brief layover where I can only assume it had never seen the ocean before. Then it was off to Las Vegas for a quick stop at the tables and eventually ended back in Denver where we both met up to take it home. It was quite funny and glad it's safe and sound at home working! Thanks for everything!

The sales provided their cell phone for Saturday ordering as I ordered this value line with one commercial and homebrew setup. The product arrived complete and in excellent shape. The rails were a bit cheap, but I do not keep glass on the refrigerator so did not install. Overall, the beer is cold, the installation was easy, and I thoroughly enjoy the product.

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 05-31-2011-- I purchased the Value Line dual tower for my dad with the understanding that shipping would be around a week from the order date, and figuring an extra 4 or 5 days in case of holiday delays. After a week I had no info or updates and started asking questions, but the delivery service had no answers! At the end of the second week it had arrived at the regional distribution center, but would not make it up until the next week, after my dad would have left for the holidays! So a family member had to drive 4 hours round trip to pick it up to make sure it got there in time. Shipping delays happen, I get it, but it arrived with the wrong part which we had to buy locally and install ourselves, and for all the trouble, phone calls, driving, gas and troubleshooting, we were offered $15 plus the cost of the part we had to buy! That is insulting!! The product, with the right parts is quite good and my dad is enjoying it, but I would not recommend it to anyone based on the lowball offer of credit from customer service and the reaction I got when I suggested the offer was too low.
