-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 11-02-2011-- I did a lot of research before deciding on a Kegerator. My biggest issue was tempature. I have been to a lot of parties and houses where people had kegeratorsand the beer was cool not cold. that is a real turn off for me. I got my Kegerator yesterday morning very easy to assemble. I put two slim kegs in it and went back to work. By 8 pm it was pouring beautiful cold beer. it was pouring at 34 degrees. A plus guys this is the real deal, I could not be happier. My only suggestion would be for you to pre drill holes inside for the co32 tank bracket to mount as well as pre drill 2 holes inside for the co2 coupler were it splits to go to beer taps split to mount. I would recomment this machine to anyone it is AWESOME.

Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me about everything that I would need to accomplish what I wanted to do with my kegerator. Even recommended an attachment that they didn't sell and sent an email to me telling me the best brands and best places to buy one. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

The kegerator came as promised, in great shape and was easy to set up. I called in after the first keg was set up (too foamy of beer). Customer service got me set up to pour aswesome! -- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 08-11-2011-- From delivery to set up to pouring my first pitcher, this unit has performed flawlessly. It took about an hour to get down to temp and once I tapped both barrels, I haven't had any problems dispensing beer. This unit replaced an old fridge in my garage and it was like going from a Volkswagen to a Porsche!! Customer service is great too, I had one little temperature glitch about a month into it, I emailed Randy, in about an hour or so I had a reply and instructions what to do, haven't had a problem since. I cleaned it the first time about 2 weeks ago and that was much simpler than I thought. All in all I'd give this who experience 5 stars.. Think on this, whenever you see a home beer dispenser you think, "this guy has a Beer Meister" even if it's a different brand, that speaks volumes..

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 05-09-2011-- i have never experienced the level of customer service ANYWHERE like i have from BEERMEISTER!! i had a problem with the temp controls on my machine, so i called for some advice. I WAS NOT ASKED FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE OR ANYTHING!! THE VERY FIRST CONCERN OF THE TECH REP WAS, "OK, FIRST THINGS FIRST, HOW MUCH BEER IS IN THE MACHINE NOW?" I DID LAUGH OUT LOUD I informed him that we had "TAKEN CARE" OF THE BEER FIRST, AND THEN CALLED FOR SUPPORT! he was relieved, and asked about the tech problems. after explaining the issue to him he asked if I would feel comfortable replacing a part, or would i prefer to have a local appliance repair person work on it. since my work shop is in a rural area it could be quite a while waiting for an appointment, diagnosis, then parts, then another appointment to install the part. i mentioned that the boys in the shop had already opened up the "FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH" as they like to call it, and they were ready willing and EAGERLY WAITING to install it. it seemed as though the BEER MEISTER guy was ready willing and able to do ANYTHING NECESSARY to get us ICE COLD BEER AGAIN!! up to and including shipping us another complete machine!!! but that would take more time, and it would be harder to keep the guys at work untill then. so he immediately sent the suspect parts, AND DISPATCHED A LOCAL REPAIR PERSON. When that repair person seemed lame, (HE HID IN HIS TRUCK AND CALLED THE SAME GUY AT BEER MEISTER, ASKING HIM WHAT TO DO!!), they paid that person and sent in another service person. by that time the parts had arrived, and he installed them for us. EVERY THING HAS RETURNED TO "NORMAL". NONE OF THE GUYS ARE TAKING EXTENDED "LUNCH BREAKS" AND THEY CANT WAIT TO GET BACK TO THE SHOP. THEIR WIVES KNOW EXACTLY WHERE THEY CAN PICK THEM UP AFTER WORK, although sometimes it is a bit hard to pry them away. THANKS TO BEER MEISTER, I HAVE SOME OF THE HAPPIEST EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER MET. GLENN HAWES
