-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 05-09-2011-- i have never experienced the level of customer service ANYWHERE like i have from BEERMEISTER!! i had a problem with the temp controls on my machine, so i called for some advice. I WAS NOT ASKED FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE OR ANYTHING!! THE VERY FIRST CONCERN OF THE TECH REP WAS, "OK, FIRST THINGS FIRST, HOW MUCH BEER IS IN THE MACHINE NOW?" I DID LAUGH OUT LOUD I informed him that we had "TAKEN CARE" OF THE BEER FIRST, AND THEN CALLED FOR SUPPORT! he was relieved, and asked about the tech problems. after explaining the issue to him he asked if I would feel comfortable replacing a part, or would i prefer to have a local appliance repair person work on it. since my work shop is in a rural area it could be quite a while waiting for an appointment, diagnosis, then parts, then another appointment to install the part. i mentioned that the boys in the shop had already opened up the "FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH" as they like to call it, and they were ready willing and EAGERLY WAITING to install it. it seemed as though the BEER MEISTER guy was ready willing and able to do ANYTHING NECESSARY to get us ICE COLD BEER AGAIN!! up to and including shipping us another complete machine!!! but that would take more time, and it would be harder to keep the guys at work untill then. so he immediately sent the suspect parts, AND DISPATCHED A LOCAL REPAIR PERSON. When that repair person seemed lame, (HE HID IN HIS TRUCK AND CALLED THE SAME GUY AT BEER MEISTER, ASKING HIM WHAT TO DO!!), they paid that person and sent in another service person. by that time the parts had arrived, and he installed them for us. EVERY THING HAS RETURNED TO "NORMAL". NONE OF THE GUYS ARE TAKING EXTENDED "LUNCH BREAKS" AND THEY CANT WAIT TO GET BACK TO THE SHOP. THEIR WIVES KNOW EXACTLY WHERE THEY CAN PICK THEM UP AFTER WORK, although sometimes it is a bit hard to pry them away. THANKS TO BEER MEISTER, I HAVE SOME OF THE HAPPIEST EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER MET.
