I loved that I was able to upgrade with my purchase as opposed to swapping items out with an off-the-shelf or used product. Immediately chilled down to 32 degrees within 3 hours and pours great. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 03-16-2013-- Overall pleased. However, I have been unable to get both taps pouring without foaming issues. Once I dial in the left tap the right tap foams, and vice-versa. Also, newly tap keg seems to have to sit for a day or two before flow is continuous. Am still seeking advice. - -- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 11-23-2012-- I give the actual refrigerator a 5!! However, the tower, rails and hardware were poor and some completely unusable. When I tried to install the tower I found that 2 of the 4 screw holes at the top of the refrigerator were larger than the screws provided. The holes were either stripped or a non-standard size - american or metric didn't fit. I had to go to the HW store and buy larger self-tapping screws to attach the tower. Also the small screw holes for the top fences were very poorly aligned with the screw holes in the fences. They barely fit, but at an angle. A non-technical user would have had to return the product. With the exception of the casters which fit correctly, the QA of the 4 most important screw hardware and holes was not done which made it a frustrating experience.

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 01-17-2012-- I have been using my beer meister now for a few months. I haven't really had and problems with it. I find that the best PSI to keep the CO2 tank at for me is about 7-8 pounds. Any more than that and I was getting an extreme amount of foam. Also, I noticed that from time to time the temp inside goes up to around 40 degrees. Usually once a day and then it is fine afterwards. I just assume that this is a defrosting feature. The only thing I would like is if this were able to be able to hold 2 half kegs. I also tried to use a pony keg and a 1/6 and it doesn't fit. the only way to get two types of beer in this is to have 2 quarter slims, 2 1/6 slims or a combination of the 2. Anything else won't work. Also I coudn't get the CO2 tank hose to go outside the unit to fit into the holder on the back. Not sure what's going on there. Maybe it's just me. All in all a good purchase.

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 01-04-2012-- Have my dispenser for a couple of months and so far so good. Unit gets beer really cold. Instructions could have been printed better but I figured it out. Also CO2 line did not fit through the hole through the back of the fridge without getting the CO2 connector off, which was relatively painless to do. I guess I question why attach it if it does not fit through the hole. Looks great and was delivered fast. I am very happy with it, finishing my first keg and I am getting the CO2 adjustment process down. I rated customer service a 4. I really have not had a need to call or ask questions so, I could not evaluate the company's performance for it. However, email post sales with info was fast and accurate. All good signs. I recommend this company and the this kegerator.

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 01-03-2012-- Wow - in less than 1/2 day after the machine arrived, it was assembled, the CO2 tank filled and a trip to my local distributor for my favorite ale...Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA..... Ice cold beer was flowing. Easy to assemble and operate, and the coldest beer imaginable, too. Every guy, and a few of the girls, in the neighborhood are envious.

As soon as I decided to purchase from Beer Meister, I couldn't be happier with my decision. The product is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. Product: It's quiet, fits nicely in my kitchen, gets very cold, and love that I can fit two 8 gallon kegs. Service: They always answered when I called. No phone tree. They walked me through the installation process, on a Sunday! I was pouring beer an hour later. Any question I had, they answered, whether I contacted via email or phone. Highly recommend Beer Meister.
