Dual tower with stainless door- Value Line

-- Review Migrated from previous website, originally entered : 11-23-2012-- I give the actual refrigerator a 5!! However, the tower, rails and hardware were poor and some completely unusable. When I tried to install the tower I found that 2 of the 4 screw holes at the top of the refrigerator were larger than the screws provided. The holes were either stripped or a non-standard size - american or metric didn't fit. I had to go to the HW store and buy larger self-tapping screws to attach the tower. Also the small screw holes for the top fences were very poorly aligned with the screw holes in the fences. They barely fit, but at an angle. A non-technical user would have had to return the product. With the exception of the casters which fit correctly, the QA of the 4 most important screw hardware and holes was not done which made it a frustrating experience.
